Ingredients

  • Milk of any fat content - 500 ml
  • Pasta - 5-6 tbsp. l
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. l
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Butter - 150 g

Step cooking

  1. Rinse the pot with cold water. Pour in it 500 ml of milk and 250 ml of water, you can hot. Pour milk and water into the pan.
  2. You can immediately add a little more than 0.5 tsp. salt and 1-2 tbsp. l Sahara. Add sugar and salt to milk with water.
  3. Place the pot on medium heat and bring the milk to a boil. Bring the milk to a boil.
  4. Pour 5-6 tbsp. l stir pasta. pour vermicelli into boiled milk.
  5. As soon as the soup boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes. or as long as indicated on pasta packaging. Stirring, cook the dish until the vermicelli is ready.
  6. At the very end of cooking, put 150 g of butter in a pan and gently stir until it is completely dissolved. In a practically ready soup, add a piece of butter.
  7. The soup is ready. Pour it into plates and serve. Enjoy your meal! Milk soup with vermicelli is ready.

Useful Tips

  • For cooking milk soup, a pan with a thick bottom and non-stick coating is best suited. Pre-rinse it with cold water.
  • In enameled dishes, milk can burn, then the soup will get an unpleasant smell and the dish will be spoiled.
  • Shop milk can not be diluted with water, but home-made milk should be diluted with a prescription.
  • Durum wheat pasta (flour) in milk is less digested.
