Ingredients

Wheat flour 195 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Sour cream 20% 900 ml
Eggs 3 pcs.
Soda 0.5 tsp
Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l
Sugar 180 g
Carrot 2 pcs.
Powdered sugar 8 tbsp. l
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp. l
Thickener for sour cream 24 g
Walnuts 100 g
Food Coloring (Orange) 2 g
Food Coloring (Green) 2 g

  1. First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Beat the mixer with 3 eggs at room temperature until splendid.

  3. Grate two medium carrots on a fine grater.

  7. In the mixer bowl, add the remaining 75 g of flour, quenched baking soda to the dough, and mix again.

  8. Take a detachable baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm, line it with parchment paper. We spread the finished dough in a baking dish, put in the oven, reducing the temperature to 180 degrees, bake for 30 - 40 minutes.

Cooking cream

  1. Fat sour cream is sent to the bowl of the mixer, add 1 tbsp. l vanilla extract, beat at medium speed.
    To prepare the cream, beat the sour cream with a mixer.
  2. Add 8 tbsp. l icing sugar and continue to whisk.
    Add sugar powder to sour cream.
  3. When the powder intervenes well, add 24 g of thickener for sour cream, whisk until the cream thickens. The cream is ready.
    In an almost ready cream, add a thickener of sour cream and beat until smooth.

Assembly and decoration of the cake

  1. We take out the baked cake from the oven, separate it from the walls of the mold with a knife, remove the split ring and release the cake.
    We take out the finished biscuit from the mold.
  2. In order to give the biscuit an even shape, turn it over to the grate, press down a little, remove the bottom of the form, parchment and leave to cool.
