Ingredients

Black currant 200 g
Lemon 1 PC.
Sugar 90 - 130 g
Water 1 liter

Step cooking

  1. Thaw the frozen berries of black currant and wash. Wash a medium-sized lemon.
    Defrost currants, wash lemon.
  2. Using a grater, remove the zest from the lemon.
    Rub the lemon zest on a fine grater.
  3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, after rolling it on the working surface of the table - so the juice will be easier to squeeze out.

  4. In a blender bowl, dip 200 g of blackcurrant berries, adding sugar, lemon zest and 200 ml of boiling water there.
