I'll make a fruit drink from strawberries, black and red currants, blackberries. Such mixed juices were prepared in ancient times, craftsmen treated people at fun fairs, on holidays.

  1. The first thing we must do is unfreeze the berries. We take them out of the freezer, put them in clean salad bowls. Each species is placed separately from each other, left to defrost at room temperature.

In a separate bowl we send 250 grams of strawberries, then 250 grams of black currants, after it 250 grams of blackberries, finally 150 grams of red currants.   3. In a separate bowl through a sieve we pass the mixture to remove the seeds. We do not throw out the cake, save it.

  4. After the seeds are removed, put the cake in a pan, add 1.5 liters of water and 3 tablespoons of sugar. You can not add it, but I'm adding. This amount of sugar is enough to make the fruit drink not very acidic.

  5. We mix the whisk or spoon with the resulting mixture, put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Cook for no more than five minutes, cover the pan with a lid, wait for it to cool.
