Sea language or pangasius fillet 2 pcs.
Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil 100 g
Hard cheese 150-200 g
Ground black pepper Pinch
Salt Taste
Eggs 2-3 pcs.
Fresh parsley 1 bunch
Onion 2 pcs.
Water 300 ml
Mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. From the very beginning we have been preparing marinade for fish. To do this, pour 300 ml of water into a medium-sized pot, adding 2 tbsp. l 9% vinegar. Pour 100 g of vegetable oil into the liquid. In this case, you can use sunflower or olive, which you like best. Salt the water a little and add a pinch of ground black pepper. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

  2. In the resulting mixture we place 2 identical-sized marine tongues or pangasius fillets. We send the fish to marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

  3. At this time, we are preparing filler for fish. To do this, we rub 150-200 grams of any hard cheese on a coarse grater. Using a sharp kitchen knife, finely chop 2 onions into small cubes. We heat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil and fry the onion until it has a golden hue.
