Cottage cheese 500 g
Egg 1 PC.
Butter 50 g
Salt ⅓ tsp
Sugar ¼ stack.
Wheat flour or starch 1 tbsp. l
Sour cream 10-15% 2 tbsp. l
Vanilla sugar 1 pack

Step cooking

  1. In a deep bowl we put 500 g of cottage cheese of any fat content and rub it into a fine granular mass for 3-4 minutes using a spoon. Add 1 chicken egg, 50 g of butter melted in the microwave or in a water bath, ⅓ tsp. salt, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tbsp. l wheat flour or starch, 2 tbsp. l liquid sour cream and 1 pack of vanilla sugar.

  2. To taste, you can add cinnamon, coconut, dried apricots, raisins, prunes, candied fruits and other goodies at your discretion.
