Delicious burbot with potatoes in the oven - a simple recipe

Ingredients

Burbot chilled, whole 750-800 g
Onion 2 pcs.
Raw carrots 2 pcs.
Potatoes 5-6 pcs.
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Wheat flour 2-3 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l
Mustard oil 1 tbsp. l
Filtered water 1 stack
Pepper, salt, fish seasonings (thyme) taste
Greens for decoration (any) ½ beam

Step cooking

We prepare the constituent dishes

  1. Gut a small burbot weighing 750-800 g, wash and cut into portions.
    Nalima clean and cut into pieces.
  2. Peel and wash the vegetables. Chop two small onions in half rings. Dissolve two carrots on a coarse grater.
    Cut the onion in half rings, three carrots.
  3. At the bottom of the form pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. l mustard oil.
    Pour sunflower and mustard oil into the baking dish.
  4. Dissolve 5-6 pcs. peeled potatoes in thin circles and lay on the bottom of the form.
    We cut potatoes into circles directly in the form.
  5. Add a little salt to the potato layer and sprinkle (optionally) with ground black pepper.
    Salt and pepper the potatoes.
  6. Squeeze the top of the potato through a press or finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic, mix everything well and leave to marinate until the remaining components of the dish are fried.

  7. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan. In oil, add onions with carrots until golden brown and remove from the pan in a separate cup / plate.

  8. Pieces of burbot to brew in 2-3 tbsp. l flour and fry until crust over high heat.
    Roll the burbot pieces in flour and fry them too.

Important! Before you begin to form a dish, you need to turn on the oven for heating at a temperature of 200 ° C.
  1. On a potato layer marinated in a baking dish, evenly spread half the carrot-onion frying.
    On top of the potatoes we spread half the onions and carrots.
  2. Pour both layers ½ cup filtered water.
    Add directly to the form of a half glass of water.
  3. Lay with a thick layer of fried burbot.
    On top of a layer of vegetables, lay out slices of burbot.
  4. If desired, sprinkle the fried fish pieces with a couple of pinches of dried thyme.
    Sprinkle the fish with spices.
  5. Put the rest of the frying on top of the fish, and evenly onion the fried onions with carrots.
    Cover the fish with the remaining vegetables.
  6. Bake in a well preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
