Ingredients

Ready Puff Pastry 2 sheets
Bell pepper 300-400 g
Onion 250-300 g
Homemade cottage cheese 150-200 g
Olive oil for frying
Salt taste
One egg yolk for greasing dough

Prepare the filling

  1. Cut 250-300 g of onions into small cubes (these are approximately 3 medium onions).

  2. Fry it in a pan in a small amount of olive oil until soft.

  3. Cut 300-400 g of sweet pepper into medium-sized cubes.

  4. Put 150-200 g of cottage cheese on top of the pepper, placing it in small islands.

  5. Cover the pie with a second sheet of dough, pinch the edges. This is convenient to do by pushing them with a fork.
    We cover the workpiece with another sheet of dough, press the edges with a fork.

  7. Lubricate the entire surface with yolk.
