  1. Broccoli can be taken fresh or frozen. Before cooking, cabbage should be thawed and rinsed. Pour 1 liter of water into the pan, put on fire, let it boil. We sort into inflorescences 250 g of broccoli cabbage and put in water. Cook for 5 minutes. Do not try to boil it until soft, and especially do not digest it, since with prolonged exposure to high temperature the cabbage will lose its useful properties.
    First boil the broccoli.
  2. We drain the water, we discard the cabbage in a colander, doused with cold water.
    We wash boiled broccoli under running cold water.
  3. We spread it in a deep bowl and grind it with a blender to a puree state.
    Using a blender, grind broccoli in mashed potatoes.
  4. Break 1 egg, add to broccoli.
    We beat the egg into the cabbage mass.
  5. Pour salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything well so that the egg envelops the broccoli.
