Delicious cauliflower fritters in 5 minutes 🥞

cauliflower 250 g
garlic 1 clove
flour 30 g
chicken egg 1 PC.
hard cheese 30 g
salt 1.5 tsp
dill greens 1 bunch
ground black pepper 1-2 pinch

Step cooking

  1. Cauliflower we clear from the head, leaves, we leave only inflorescences. We place 250 grams of cauliflower in a small pan, pour cold water and put on fire. Add one teaspoon of salt. We give the cabbage to boil and cook it for no more than 5-6 minutes.
    We spread the cauliflower in a pot with water, salt and cook.
  2. We drain the water in which the cabbage was boiled, and fill it with cold water and hold for exactly one minute, after which we immediately drain the water.
    After cooking, pour the cabbage with cold water.
  3. Then the cauliflower should be chopped with a knife as small as possible.
    Cut the cabbage with a knife as finely as possible.
  4. We place the already chopped cabbage in a separate container, add 30 grams of wheat flour to it.
    Add flour to the cabbage mass.
  5. Peel one clove of garlic, wash it under a tap, pass through a press directly into a bowl of cauliflower and flour.
    Squeeze the garlic into the cabbage mass.
  6. Now drive one chicken egg into the same container.
    We beat the egg into the cabbage dough.
  7. Hard cheese in the amount of 30 grams is rubbed on a coarse grater and also placed in a container with the rest of the ingredients.
    Add also the grated cheese.
  8. Under running water, wash one bunch of green dill, let the moisture drain, chop finely and send to the same container.
    Grind dill and add to the cabbage mass.
  9. Add half a teaspoon of salt and one or two pinches of black pepper. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed with a tablespoon until a homogeneous mass is formed.
    Salt, pepper and mix well.
  10. Mix for fritters is ready, go to frying. We heat the pan on the stove, pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into it, and wait until a light smoke appears. When the haze appears, we collect a tablespoon or dessert spoon of the mixture for fritters, put it in a pan. Using a kitchen spatula or fork, give the mixture as much as possible a circle shape. Fry the pancakes until golden on one side.
    We spread the cabbage mass in a heated pan with vegetable oil with a spoon.
  11. Turn over to the other side and fry too until golden brown.
    Fry our cauliflower pancakes on both sides.
  12. Finished products are placed on a flat plate. Fritters can be served.
