  • a small bowl;
  • 1-1.5 L bowl;
  • a frying pan (up to 30 cm in diameter) with a lid;
  • ladle;
  • fork;
  • tablespoon;
  • tea spoon;
  • kitchen spatula;
  • 250 ml capacity for sauce;
  • garlic squeezer;
  • serving dish.

Ingredients

Chicken liver 800 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Potato (large) 1 PC.
Onions (large) 1 PC.
Premium flour 5-6 Art. l
Sour cream 15-20% 250-300 g
Salt 1 tsp
Soda 1 pinch
Spice taste
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l
Dill taste
Cilantro taste
Garlic 1 tooth
Did you know? Chicken liver is very saturated with vitamin B9, indispensable for the activity of the circulatory and immune systems of the body. It has a lot of vitamin A useful for the skin and eyes, it contains a lot of magnesium, phosphorus and iron, which contributes to the formation of hemoglobin. In Korea, chicken liver is used to relieve fatigue, overwork and vision problems.

Step cooking

  1. Potatoes and onions are cut into several parts for grinding. Grind 800 g of liver and chopped vegetables in a meat grinder in a 1-1.5 liter bowl.
    Through a meat grinder, we pass the chicken liver, onion and potato.
  2. Break the eggs into a small bowl and shake them with a fork or whisk. Add the eggs to the bowl with the liver and mix with a tablespoon all the ingredients until smooth.
    Add the chicken eggs beaten with a fork to this mass.
  3. In the resulting mass add 50-75 g of sour cream, spices to taste, 1 tsp. salt, 1 pinch of soda, mix everything again.
    Add sour cream, salt and pepper.
  4. Add in a bowl 5-6 tbsp. l flour, gently mix the ingredients.
    After mixing the mass, add the flour.
  5. Set aside for 10 minutes.
    After adding flour, the test should be infused for 10 minutes.
  6. We heat the pan with 1-2 tbsp. l vegetable oil over medium heat.
    Heat the pan with vegetable oil.
  7. Use a ladle to form pancakes in a pan, close the top with a lid.
    With a ladle or spoon, put the pancakes on a hot pan.
  8. When ready, turn the pancakes on the other side with a spatula, close the lid again.
    When the pancakes are fried on one side, turn them over to the other, cover with a lid.
  9. We spread the prepared pancakes on a serving dish, decorate with greens.
    Chicken liver fritters go well with sour cream and garlic sauce.

  1. The remaining sour cream (200-225 g) is poured into a 250 ml capacity for the preparation of sauce.

  2. Squeeze 1 clove of garlic in sour cream.

  3. Finely chop dill and cilantro (to taste), send to sour cream.
    Grind fresh dill.
