Ingredients

  • wheat flour - 600 g
  • sour milk - 500 ml
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l
  • sugar - 6 tbsp. l
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • soda - 1 tsp.

Step cooking

  1. Drive 2 eggs into a deep container. Knock out two eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add 6 tbsp to the eggs. l sugar and beat well until a light foam appears. Beat eggs with sugar.
  3. In the resulting mass, add 1 tsp. salt, 500 ml of sour milk (can be replaced with kefir) and 1 tsp. soda. Mix everything thoroughly. Add salt and sour milk to the egg mass.
    Important! Sour milk must be at room temperature. So the soda will react faster, and the pancakes will turn out more magnificent.
  4. Gradually sift 600 g of wheat flour to the mixture of ingredients. Sift flour into the egg mass.
  5. We cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Knead the dough and let it stand for half an hour.
  6. In a preheated pan, pour 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Heat the pan with vegetable oil.
  7. We spread the dough in a pan and fry the pancakes on both sides. We fry our pancakes in sour milk on both sides.

According to the proposed recipe, fritters will always be very airy, lush and porous. They will not fall off even after they have cooled and lie in the refrigerator.
