Ingredients

Flour 350 g
Yeast 1 pack
Sugar 10 g
Salt 15 g
Water 300 ml
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Beef (minced meat) 400 g
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Pepper 2-3 pinch
Cilantro 1 bunch
Butter 20 g

  1. We take a pan with a thick bottom, pour 200 ml of warm water there, add 10 g of salt and sugar, mix, add 1 bag of dried yeast, 30 ml of vegetable oil, mix. To make the dough rise, the yeast starts its reaction, water must be taken warm, not hot.
    To prepare the dough in warm water, dissolve dry yeast, salt, sugar, add vegetable oil.
  2. Sift 350 g of flour, add it in small portions, stirring the dough with a whisk. The amount of flour can be different for everyone, it depends on the moisture content of the flour, so adjust it yourself.
    Add the flour a little and knead the dough.
  3. Now knead the dough. Sprinkle the working surface with flour, spread the resulting mass and knead with hands.
    Knead smooth dough.
  4. Sprinkle the bottom of a deep bowl with flour, send the finished dough there, cover with a lid or cling film, leave in a warm place to fit.

Cooking stuffing

  1. For the filling, we need 400 g of minced meat. You can make it yourself or buy it ready. Homemade ground beef from fresh tenderloin will be the best.
