A great breakfast or dinner can be a very simple, but at the same time, insanely tasty, mouth-watering and satisfying dish - bean paste. This paste is prepared literally in a matter of minutes from canned or pre-boiled beans. Interestingly, the original taste, due to the presence of walnuts and fried onions in the recipe, is very similar to the taste of tender meat. Kitchen appliances and utensils: kitchen scales, cutting board, knife, frying pan, stove, spatula, bowl, blender.

Ingredients

Bow 1 PC.
Peeled walnuts 70 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Ground pepper taste
Canned Red Beans 1 can
Salt taste
Vegetable oil 30 ml

Step cooking

  1. Peel the onion and cut into slices.

Useful Tips

  • Instead of canned beans, you can take ordinary and boil, and it is not necessary to take red, both white and the "black eye", motley and other species are suitable. Beans should be soaked before cooking, preferably overnight. This will significantly reduce cooking time. After that, wash the beans and cook in large quantities of salted water. Preparedness can be tasted with a fork - after about 40 minutes. If the water boils away and the beans are not ready yet, feel free to add more. Before boiling, cook the beans with the lid open, then, covering, make the smallest fire. Flip the finished beans into a colander so that the glass is full of liquid.
  • Other spices can be used in this recipe - for example, caraway seeds, hops-suneli, oregano and so on.
  • For taste, carrots can be fried along with onions.
  • Do not be afraid to fantasize: add a little fried champignons to the paste - you will get a completely different dish, also very tasty.
