Carbonara pasta with bacon and cream sauce 🍝

  • tablespoon;
  • ladle.

Ingredients

Product amount
spaghetti 300 g
water 3 l
butter 30 g
olive oil 30 ml
eggs 3 pcs.
hard cheese 150 g
cooked smoked bacon 300 g
garlic 2 cloves
pepper taste
salt 2 tsp

Step cooking

  1. Pour about 3 liters of water into a deep metal pan, bring it to a boil. Add to the boiled water 1 tsp. salt and send to the pan 300 g of spaghetti. 3 minutes before the pasta is ready, take them out of the water.
    Cook the spaghetti.
  2. On a cutting board, cut into small cubes 300 g of bacon.
    Dice the bacon.
  3. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and crush them with a knife.
    Crush 2 cloves of garlic with a knife.
  4. Drive 1 egg and 2 yolks into a separate deep plate.
    Pour the egg and two more yolks into the bowl.
  5. Rub on a medium grater 150 g of any hard cheese and send it to the eggs. Salt, pepper to taste and mix well.
    Mix eggs with cheese, salt and pepper.
  6. We put the pan on medium heat. When it warms up, we send 30 g of butter there and pour another 30 ml of olive.
    We heat the pan with olive oil, add a piece of cream as well.
  7. Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic to the oil.
    Fry the garlic in a pan.
  8. We send the chopped bacon to the pan and lightly fry it.
    Next, fry the bacon, after which we remove the garlic from the pan.
  9. As soon as the bacon is browned, we take out the garlic and fill up almost ready pasta.
    We spread almost ready spaghetti into the pan.
  10. There we add 2 ladles of water in which spaghetti was cooked. Mix everything.
    Add water to the paste, in which spaghetti was cooked.
  11. Remove the pan from the stove and send the egg-cheese mixture to the rest of the ingredients. Distribute it evenly over pasta.
    After removing the pan from the stove, add the egg-cheese mass to the paste and mix.
  12. Put the finished dish on portioned plates. Optionally, add salt, pepper, and we can serve the pasta on the table.
    Pasta with bacon in a creamy sauce turns out to be very tasty and also hearty.
