Delicious Italian tuna pasta 🍝

Ingredients

spaghetti 200 g
canned tuna (in own juice) 120 g
capers 1 tbsp. l
olives 12 pcs
Cherry tomatoes 6 pcs
garlic 2 cloves
anchovies 4 things.
chilli 1 PC.
lemon 0.5 pc
feta cheese 70 g
arugula for filing
Parmesan for filing
salt 0.5 tbsp. l
pepper taste
olive oil for frying
water 200 ml

Step cooking

  1. On a cutting board we cut in half 1 chili pepper and, having removed the seeds, finely chop it.
    Grind chilli peeled from seeds.
  2. We take about 12 pieces of olives and divide each into 2 parts. You can use stuffed or plain pitted olives.
    Halve the olives.
  3. We wash 6 cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
    Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
  4. Peel and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.
    Grind the garlic.
  5. We cut cheese and Adyghe cheese weighing about 70 g into small cubes.
    We cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  6. Pour 200 ml of water into a heat-resistant pan and bring it to a boil over high heat. When the water boils, add 0.5 tbsp. l salt and dip in a pan 200 g of spaghetti. Cook them until half-cooked (look at the individual packaging for the full cooking time, and remove the pasta from the fire 2 minutes before cooking).
    We put spaghetti to cook.
  7. We put a deep frying pan on the fire and pour in it a little olive oil for frying.
    Heat the pan with olive oil.
  8. When the oil is warm, send the chopped chili pepper and garlic to the pan. Fry them for 2 minutes.
    Put chili peppers and garlic in a pan.
  9. Add 4 small anchovies, chopped tomatoes and olives to pepper and garlic. Mix all the ingredients and let them fry for about 3-4 minutes.
    Then add anchovies, tomatoes and olives.
  10. Put the rest of the ingredients 1 tbsp. l capers and transfer to the pan almost cooked pasta.
    We shift almost ready spaghetti into the pan.
  11. Immediately after pasta, add 120 g of canned tuna to the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle everything with several bundles of washed arugula.
    Add pieces of tuna, as well as arugula.
  12. Sprinkle spaghetti with juice from half a lemon and add chopped cheese.
    Add also the pieces of feta cheese.
  13. We mix all the ingredients well and put the finished dish on the plates. To give more piquancy before serving, sprinkle the paste with grated Parmesan.
