  2. While the pasta is cooked, we will take up vegetables: chop the onion head into wide half rings, chop 2 medium zucchini (500 g) into cubes. We cut into large cubes one bell pepper and a medium-sized tomato. wash and chop all the vegetables
  3. We put the pan on medium heat, pour 70 g of odorless vegetable oil. When the oil is heated, fry the onion half rings until transparent. Then add the tomato, simmer for 3 minutes together and put the cubes of bell pepper in the pan to the rest of the ingredients. fry onions and peppers
  4. Let the vegetables stay on fire for another 3 minutes - and add the zucchini. Mix all the ingredients well, turn off the fire, close the lid and leave to simmer. add spices to the pan
  5. Let's start making cheese sauce: in a deep bowl or bowl, break 2 eggs, slightly beat them with a whisk and add the cheese grated on a coarse grater. mix the egg with cheese
