Ingredients

Spaghetti 250 g
Peeled shrimp 250 g
Mashed tomatoes 150 g
Onion 1 PC.
Garlic 3 cloves
Ground pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt taste
Basil 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Water 1-1.5 l
Fresh tomato (optional) 1 PC.
Parsley or dill greens (optional) taste

  • First you need to prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Then we clean the shrimp from the heads, tails and entrails, if necessary, because you can buy already peeled.
  • Next, we need mashed tomatoes. Some people cook them on their own in the form of preservation for the winter, but if you are not one of them, canned mashed tomatoes can be easily bought at any supermarket.
  • We also peel 3 cloves of garlic from the husk and chop it very finely, or chop it with the help of the garlic.

Cooking pasta

  1. Pour about 1-1.5 water into the pan, add a little salt and bring to a boil. We put spaghetti in boiling water and cook until tender.

  2. While the water is warming and the spaghetti is boiling, we put a frying pan with a thick bottom on the stove and add 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.For making pasta. prepare the ingredients
