Sunflower oil (for lubrication) 1 tbsp. l
Important! If you suffer from celiac disease - a digestive disorder caused by damage to the small intestine villi by certain foods containing certain types of proteins, for example, gluten - you should choose special oatmeal. The packaging should say either gluten free or “gluten free”, depending on the brand of product.

Step cooking

  1. Take a deep bowl and chop two bananas there. It is advisable that they be ripe. Such bananas will give more sweetness, and you will not need to add sugar. Beat one egg, add ½ tsp. cinnamon and mash the mixture with a fork until smooth.
    Knead a banana with an egg and cinnamon.
  2. Add 1 tbsp to the mixture. l chia seeds and 0.5 stack. mixture of nuts. If you do not have chia seeds or essential nuts, you can add any that you like. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon.
    Add nuts and chia seeds to the banana mass.
  3. In the resulting puree, add 0.5 stack. instant oatmeal and 0.5 stack. coconut flakes. Mix the whole mixture thoroughly with a spoon again.

  6. Remove the thickened mixture from the refrigerator, mash it a little and add 0.5 stack. chocolate chips. Stir all the ingredients. If you don’t have any chocolate chips at hand, you can use raisins or any other dried fruit, chopped finely.
    Add chocolate drops to the finished cookie mass.
  7. With your hands, dial the required amount of the workpiece and sculpt the ball. Then squeeze it a little and put it on a baking sheet. Perform the same manipulations with the rest of the workpiece. It should turn out 15-16 pieces of large cookies, or about 20 pieces of small.
    Roll out small balls from the mass, crush them with your fingers and spread on a baking sheet.
  8. Place the pan in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C. After the time has passed, turn off the oven and let the liver stand for another 5 minutes.
