Cookies for tiramisu Savoyardi - a delicious recipe

Powdered sugar ~ 90-100 g

Step cooking

  1. We take 2 eggs and gently separate the yolks from the proteins so that not a drop of the yolks gets into the proteins (otherwise they will not beat).
    Carefully separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Take the yolks. Add salt to them (at the tip of the knife), ½ tsp. vanilla sugar and ~ 35 g icing sugar.
    To the yolks we add salt, vanilla extract and icing sugar.
  3. Beat the yolks with a whisk or mixer until a homogeneous creamy mass.

  4. We take the proteins, add salt to them (on the tip of the knife) and ½ tsp. wine vinegar (lemon juice). Beat with a mixer at medium speed.

  9. Sprinkle a little sugar powder on top, let it soak, and then sprinkle the remaining powdered sugar.
