  1. In a deep bowl, put the butter softened at room temperature. You can use margarine, but also softened. Cut the butter / margarine into pieces with a knife.
    Put the softened butter in a bowl.
  2. Pour 2 cups sugar (400 g) into the oil.
    Add sugar to the butter.
  3. Add 200 g of sour cream, you can take any fat content, if only it was fresh.
    We spread sour cream.
  4. Beat one egg and pour a pinch of salt.
    Add the egg and salt as well.
  5. Now you can mix everything well with a mixer. A viscous, beautiful mass without lumps and splashes should be obtained.
    Mix the mass until smooth.
  6. Add baking powder to the resulting mass, and then gradually start pouring flour.
    Little by little, we begin to introduce flour into the mass.
  7. First stir with a spoon, then beat thoroughly with a mixer, and in the end just knead with your hands. The dough should not be tight, but not sticky to the hands.
    Knead the dough, which should not stick to the hands.
  8. If the dough is ready, divide it into 4 parts. Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and refrigerate. So the dough “reaches” the desired condition, becomes more plastic, and the remaining pieces will not be airy while you cook from one. Let the dough stand for 1-1.5 hours in the refrigerator. You will make legs out of two sachets, and hats out of the other two.
    Divide the finished dough into 4 equal parts, wrap them in cling film and put in the refrigerator.
  9. After the appointed time, get one bag of dough. Cut the dough into pieces to make it convenient to work.
    We take out one part of the dough and divide it into several pieces.
  10. From the pieces, roll the flagella 1 cm in diameter and cut into short sticks. You can arrange the legs of the mushrooms on one side thicker, on the other already.
    From each piece we roll up a thin tourniquet and divide it into blanks for mushroom legs.
  11. With the second bag, do the same. So that the legs are less deformed and do not blur during baking, send them to freeze for 30 minutes.
    Roll up the blanks a little. So that the legs on one side are wider and already on the other.
  12. Turn on the oven at 200 ° C. Make mushroom caps from the third and fourth pack of dough. The procedure is almost the same: cut into pieces, then into pieces.
    On the other side of the dough, we also roll up sausages and divide them into blanks for hats.
  13. Form balls that spit out a little on the surface of the table.
    For hats, we roll the pieces of dough into balls and squeeze them by hand.
  14. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the hat blanks on it so that they do not touch each other.
    We spread the mushroom caps on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
  15. Bake the hats for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

  16. After baking, allow the hats to cool for a couple of minutes, and cut a recess with a knife from the inside in the middle in the middle.

  17. Remove the legs from the freezer and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake just like hats.

  18. After cooling, the finished legs can be grated a little to give a rounded shape.

Glaze

  1. Now prepare the icing: add the powdered sugar to the egg white and knead thoroughly.

  2. When the glaze becomes very thick and stretching, it is ready.

  3. Put part of it in a pastry bag, and cover the rest with a damp towel.

  8. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave. Dip a fungus hat in it.
