  1. In a deep bowl, beat three large chicken eggs, add 150 g of sugar and beat everything with a whisk. Add vanilla sugar or a pinch of vanillin (or a drop of vanilla extract for flavor) if desired. Beat briefly until sugar is dissolved.

  5. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and send the cookies to bake until a golden crust appears. It takes about 15-20 minutes.
