  • sieve for sifting flour;
  • scapula;
  • silicone mat (you can do without it);
  • round shape for cookies (you can use curly or cut rolled dough with a knife);
  • scraper;
  • parchment for baking;
  • a baking sheet;
  • oven.

Brown sugar 2 tbsp. l
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Milk 2 tbsp. l
Mustard oil (you can take any vegetable) 1 tbsp. l
Salt pinch
Soda 3/4 tsp
If you like to use homemade products as much as possible, you can grind flour yourself from whole grains, and then sift. You can also use whole grain purchased flour or plain white premium wheat flour.

Step cooking

  1. Mix the finished sifted flour with sugar, salt and soda.

  2. Next, beat the egg, add milk, vegetable oil.

  4. After that, wrap the finished dough in cling film and leave for half an hour.
