Homemade cookies in milk - very simple and tasty

Kitchen appliances and utensils:

  • oven;
  • a baking sheet;
  • parchment paper or foil;
  • rolling pin;
  • two deep bowls;
  • sieve;
  • cookie cutters or a round glass.

Ingredients

Milk 200 g
Granulated sugar 200 g
Wheat flour 500 g
Vanilla sugar 2-3 g
Baking powder 12 g
Chicken eggs 3 pcs.

Step cooking

  1. Sift half a kilogram of wheat flour through a sieve, add 2-3 grams of vanilla sugar and 12 g of baking powder for the dough. Mix these ingredients well.
    Mix flour with baking powder.
  2. In a separate deep bowl, separate 3 egg yolks from the proteins. We need only the yolks. Mix them and 200 grams of warm milk.

  3. Then add 200 grams of granulated sugar to the yolks in a bowl and beat with a whisk until smooth.
    Add sugar to the egg-milk mass.
  4. Add flour to the bowl with the liquid mass and start kneading the steep dough. If it sticks to your hands, then you need to add some more flour.
    Add flour to the liquid components and knead a fairly tight dough.
  5. We leave the finished dough for two to three minutes to rest and roll it into a layer one centimeter thick with a rolling pin.
    Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
  6. We cut out cookies from the reservoir. This can be done using special molds, or an ordinary glass.
    Squeeze cookies out with a glass of dough.
  7. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and sprinkle lightly with flour. We spread our cookies on a baking sheet at a small distance from each other.

  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and put a baking sheet in it for 12-15 minutes until a crust forms. After the time has passed, we take out the finished cookies from the oven and transfer from the baking sheet to a beautiful dish.
