Homemade Cookies Baked Milk - Loose and Tender

Ingredients

Premium wheat flour 500 - 550 g
Chicken egg 3 pcs.
Butter (margarine) 250 g
Sugar 250 g
Soda 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Powdered sugar for decoration

Step cooking

  1. We drive 3 chicken eggs into a deep container and thoroughly alter them with a whisk (do not beat until foam, namely, mix until a homogeneous consistency).
    Lightly mix the egg with a whisk.
  2. Add 2 tsp to the eggs. vanilla sugar and 1 small pinch of salt. Mix.
    Add salt to the eggs and mix again.
  3. Then we start adding 250 g of sugar. This must be done in three stages, each time thoroughly mixing the egg mixture, as if grinding sugar. It takes about 5 to 8 minutes. Continue this manipulation until the egg mixture becomes homogeneous and slightly whitens.
    We introduce sugar in parts and rub the egg mass well.
  4. Add 1 tsp to the mixture. soda. Mix.
    Add soda.
  5. After soda, add 250 g of soft butter to the resulting mass and carefully alter everything until smooth.
    Next, combine the egg mass with soft butter.
  6. Using a sieve, sift 400 g of wheat flour directly into the dough.
    Sift the flour into the dough in parts.
  7. We take a large wooden spoon and with it we mix the entire contents of the container, connecting the ingredients together.
    Gently mix the egg mass with flour.
  8. After all the ingredients have combined, put the dough on the table (for convenience, you can lay a special silicone mat on the table) and begin to knead it with your hands. At this stage, you can also add crushed walnuts to cookies.
    When the dough has absorbed enough flour, you can go to the batch manually.
  9. In order to make the dough sufficiently dense, during kneading it is gradually necessary to add about 100-150 g more flour.
    When mixing the dough, you can add more flour.
  10. The finished dough should not stick to your hands.
    Ready dough will not be sticky.
  11. Assemble a meat grinder. At the same time, remove the knife from it and install the largest nozzle.
    To prepare such cookies, it is convenient to use a meat grinder with the widest nozzle.
  12. Divide the dough into 4 - 6 parts and from each form an oblong "sausage" that would fit easily into the hole in the meat grinder.
    We form the dough into sausages and pass them through a meat grinder.
  13. Pass each of the "sausages" through a meat grinder.
    The resulting blanks can immediately be laid out on a baking sheet.
  14. Using the knife, divide the “tentacles” into small pieces about 6-8 cm long and 3-5 cm wide and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment for baking at a distance of about 2 cm from each other.
    Biscuit blanks need to be divided into several parts.

    If you wish, you can not use all the dough at once, but freeze it and use it after a certain period of time (you can also freeze cookies that have already been passed through the meat grinder, and in this case it is allowed to bake without preliminary defrosting).
  15. Place the baking tray with cookies in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
    We send the baking sheet with the blanks into the oven.
  16. Remove the cookies from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
    Ready cookies can be transferred to a serving dish.
  17. Let it cool completely, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and transgress to the tasting. Enjoy your meal!
