Step cooking

  1. Sift 120 g of flour and mix in a bowl with ½ tsp. baking powder for dough with a spoon.
    Combine flour with baking powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat one egg with 100 g of sugar until white.
    Beat eggs with sugar separately.
  3. Here we add ½ tsp. vanilla sugar and 50 ml of vegetable oil, 50 ml of milk. Stir with a mixer
    Add milk and vegetable oil to the egg mass.
  4. We add flour with a baking powder and with a mixer we quickly knead the dough, since the flour from different manufacturers is different, you may need to add some more flour or milk.
    Add the flour and mix the dough.
  5. It should turn out not thick and not liquid dough, pouring, similar in texture to sour cream.
    By consistency, the finished dough will resemble thick sour cream.
  6. For “paws” we set aside about 1 tablespoon of dough and, sifting through a sieve, interfere with cocoa. If this dough turned out a little thick, then you can add a little more milk to it.
    We put aside some dough to decorate the legs and arms of the bears, add cocoa to it.
  7. For convenience, we place the dark dough in a pastry bag.

  8. We take a silicone baking dish in the form of cubs. According to the rules, the silicone mold is not lubricated, but we have many small parts. Therefore, it is necessary to lightly grease the molds with a brush, after dipping it in sunflower oil.

  9. Using a pastry bag we spread a little dark dough into the “paws” and, if desired, into the muzzles. If you do not have a pastry bag, you can use a bag of milk or sour cream, after cutting the corner.
