Step cooking

Ingredient preparation

  1. We thoroughly rinse and clean 600 g of pork liver from films and bile ducts. We cut it into cubes, which we then twist into homogeneous forcemeat through a meat grinder.
    Cut the liver into pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
  2. Hard boiled 1 chicken egg. The remaining 2 remain raw.

  3. We clean 4 cloves of garlic, 300 g of onions and 250 g of carrots from all kinds of inedible parts. Cut the onion into small cubes.

  4. Rub carrots on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips, and pass the garlic through a press.

  6. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the liver dough and mix.

  7. On the stove, turn on the medium heat and set the pan on it. Once lightly grease it with vegetable oil using a cooking brush.

  8. Pour a portion of the dough with a ladle (according to the consistency it should be like a pancake) in a pan. Fry a thin pancake for 1 minute on each side, then remove it with a spatula and repeat the procedure with the next batch of dough.

Cake assembly
