Dietary dumplings from turkey - tasty and healthy

Turkey 700 g

Step cooking

Dough

  1. Sift 300 g of durum wheat flour and 150 g of ordinary flour into a deep bowl.
    Sift flour into a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tsp. salt, 1 chicken egg and 30 g of vegetable oil. Stir the ingredients.
    Add salt, as well as egg and vegetable oil.
  3. Add 200 ml of boiling water to the resulting mass and knead the dough: first with a spoon, while it is hot, and then with your hands. So that the dough does not stick to your hands, sprinkle it with a handful of flour.
    Enter boiling water and mix the dough.
  4. The finished dough is soft, elastic and non-sticky.
    The dough should turn out smooth.
  5. So that it does not wind off, we send it in a plastic bag or wrap it in cling film. It can also be stored in the refrigerator until the right time.
    At the time of preparation of the meat, wrap the dough in a bag or cling film.

Filling

  1. Wash and dry the turkey meat. We remove bones, cartilage, films and skin, if any. Grind the meat with a meat grinder or blender.
