  4. Knead the dough so that it can be rolled thin enough.
  5. Wrap it with cling film, a cotton towel, leave for 20 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into three pieces. Twist the long tubes from each piece.
  7. Peel and rinse the bulbs.
  8. Cut the meat, make minced meat.
  9. Mix meat, onion, salt, pepper, add water.
  10. Make dumplings.
