Ingredients

Wheat flour 2-2.5 stack

Chicken egg (large) 1 PC.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l

Minced meat (pork and beef in equal proportions) 400 g
Onion (medium) 1 PC.
Garlic 1 clove
Common salt 1-1.5 tsp
Black pepper (ground) 0.5 tsp
Water according to need (2-5 tbsp. l.)
For cooking
Water 2 l
Common salt 1 tbsp. l
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs.
Black pepper (peas) 4-5 pcs.
For filing
Sour Cream / Butter taste

Step cooking

Dough

  1. In a bowl, mix 0.5 tsp. salt, 1 egg and 0.5 stack. cold water.
    Pour water into a bowl, add salt and egg.
  2. Gradually pour 2 stacks. sifted flour, mix and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, flour can be taken a little more.
    Add flour and knead the dough.
  3. In the finished dough pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and knead again. The dough should absorb all the butter and become uniform and elastic.
    Add vegetable oil to an almost finished dough.

    Important! Vegetable oil must be added to the finished dough.
  4. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
    The dough is ready.

Filling

  1. For minced meat, turn meat (pork and beef in equal proportions) in a meat grinder or take ready-made minced meat - 400 g.
    You can even take minced meat for dumplings.
  2. Peel and pass the onion and garlic through a meat grinder, you can use a blender or a simple grater.
    Add chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat.
  3. Add 1.5 tsp. salt and approximately 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper.
    Salt and pepper minced meat.
  4. Stuff the minced meat thoroughly. If it is too tight, add 2-3 tbsp. l water and mix well again.
    Stir the minced meat thoroughly.

Making dumplings

  1. Roll the dough into a tourniquet. Thanks to vegetable oil, it is quite elastic, does not tear, does not stick to the cutting board and is well molded.
    Roll up the sausage from the dough.
  2. Cut the dough harness into pieces no thicker than 3-5 mm, flatten it with your palm and roll it into thin circles with a diameter of 4-6 cm. You can also thinly roll the dough, cut it into a pile or other round shape to the desired size.
    Cut the dough sausage into pieces and roll them thinly.
  3. On one half of the mug put 1 tsp. forcemeat, cover with the other half, pinch the edges, forming a small crescent, connect and blind its ends.
    Now we take minced meat and make dumplings.
  4. So make dumplings from the whole dough.
    We sculpt all the dumplings in this way.

Cooking

  1. Pour 2 liters of water into the multicooker capacity - up to the mark on the wall, add 1 tbsp. l salt, 2 bay leaves, 4-5 grains of black pepper. Close the cover.
    Pour water into the multicooker, add salt, pepper and bay leaf.
  2. Select the program "Pasta", the default time is 8 minutes. Depending on the size of your dumplings, you can increase the cooking time to 12 minutes. During this time, they will have time to cook, but will not spill and will not burst.
    Select Paste mode.
  3. After the multicooker signals to boil water, carefully open the lid, put the dumplings in boiling water.
    We spread the dumplings in boiled water.
  4. Close the lid until it clicks, press the "Start" button.
    Close the lid and press the Start button.
  5. After 8 minutes an audible signal sounds at the end of the cooking time, dumplings can be taken out with a slotted spoon on a plate and served to the table.
