Margarine or Butter 200 g

Baking powder for the dough 1 tsp

  1. Melt 200 g of margarine or butter in the oven or microwave until liquid sour cream. The product should soften slightly, but not boil.
    Melt butter or margarine in advance.
  2. Break two eggs in a bowl, add 200 g of sugar to them.
    In the bowl, beat the eggs and add sugar to them.
  3. Beat with a whisk until a homogeneous, foamy mass is obtained.
    Mix the whisk eggs with sugar.
  4. Add the margarine softened in advance to the mass. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
    Enter the melted butter into the egg mass.
  5. Take 400 g of sifted wheat flour and mix it with 1 tsp. baking powder.

  6. Gradually add flour to the mass, mix thoroughly with a whisk.
    Sifting flour with baking powder into the butter-egg mass, we begin to knead the dough.
  7. When the mixture thickens to such an extent that the whisk ceases to cope, we begin to interfere with the hand.
    Further, the dough can be kneading with hands.
  8. Continue adding flour until a firm, non-sticky dough is obtained.
    The dough should turn out smooth, not stick to your hands.
  9. We put the resulting soft dough to a plastic bag and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Wrap the dough in cling film or bag and send it to the refrigerator.

Shaping and baking products

  1. Pour a small amount of wheat flour onto a table or cutting board, evenly distribute. We spread the infused mass, cutting off half of it.
    We take half the dough for work.
  2. Using a rolling pin, we roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.7-1 cm.
