Step cooking

  1. Remove 230 g butter from the refrigerator to make it soft. In no case do not melt it.
    Put the softened butter in the mixer bowl.
  2. Add 80 g of powdered sugar to the butter.

  3. Beat everything with a mixer to a lush, homogeneous mass.
    Beat the butter with powder with a mixer until splendid.
  4. Next, add 50 g of corn starch, 10 g of vanilla sugar and 210 g of sifted flour.

  7. Cover the baking sheet with a silicone mat or baking paper. Put the dough out of the pastry bag in the form of round cookies of the same diameter. Leave small distances between biscuits, as baking will increase it a bit in size.
    Using a pastry bag, we place it on a silicone mat or cookie parchment.
  8. Place a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake cookies in the oven for 20 minutes. The smaller the diameter of the cookie, the faster it cooks.
    We send cookies to the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Ready cookies should not be very ruddy, its edges should become slightly golden.
    Cookies should lightly brown.
