Step cooking

  2. Add powdered sugar (120 g) and vegetable oil (80 ml). If instead of powdered sugar you take granulated sugar for the dough, the mixing time of the dough should be increased to 5-6 minutes, until the sugar in the mass is completely dispersed.
    Add the icing sugar and vegetable oil to margarine.
  3. Beat the composition with a mixer until smooth at low speeds, for approximately 1 minute.

  4. To the mass add vanilla sugar (10 g), potato starch (3 tbsp. L), sifted wheat flour (1 cup).
