Step cooking

  1. First of all, set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. We take 80 g of butter or margarine and put in a glass bowl. Melt in a water bath or put in a microwave for 1-2 minutes until a uniform consistency is formed. Then let it cool to room temperature.

  2. Drive two eggs into a deep bowl. Then we add 0.5 cups of sugar there and stir everything with a whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
