  1. We take out the butter one hour before the kneading of the dough from the refrigerator and let it melt. You can hold it in the microwave for a few seconds to let it melt. Instead of butter, you can use margarine, but this negatively affects the taste of the finished product.
    Oil must be removed from the refrigerator in advance.
  2. Sift 500 g of premium white flour into a bowl. Experts recommend sifting flour at least twice if you want the finished flour products to be airy, soft.

  3. We make a hole in the flour and put the butter, one glass of sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder, a bag of vanilla sugar and mix. Instead of baking powder, you can add a teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar.
    To the flour add softened butter, sugar, baking powder.
  4. Add two tablespoons of sour cream, two eggs and knead the dough. If you want the finished products from this dough to be softer, you can add only one egg.
    After mixing the ingredients, add sour cream and eggs.
  5. The finished dough is soft, sticks to your hands. We form a ball out of it, put it in a bowl, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for two hours. The dough is ready to use. From it you can make cake cakes, cookies, pie, tartlets.
    Such shortcrust pastry on sour cream is almost immediately ready to work.
