How to learn to cook delicious pizza with sausage

How to learn to cook delicious pizza with sausage

cream 250 ml
thyme 1 sprig
rosemary 1 sprig
Mozzarella 200 - 250 g
garlic 1 - 2 teeth
dry yeast 1 pack (5 - 7 g)
egg 1 PC.
milk 300 ml
flour 400 - 500 g
sugar 1 tbsp. l
salt 1 tsp
olive oil 30 ml
Parmesan taste

Step cooking

  1. Before preparing the dough, measure all the necessary products. Sift flour, preferably twice. Then add salt, sugar and mix.
    Sift the flour, add salt to it.
  2. Heat the milk to a temperature of 35 - 40 °, pour in the yeast and mix. Wait 10 minutes for the yeast to activate. Break the egg into a bowl and chop it well with a fork. Add the egg and 15 ml of vegetable oil to the milk and mix. Add flour in small portions, gradually kneading the dough first with a spoon, then with your hands. Well kneaded dough should not stick to your hands.
    Knead the yeast dough.
  3. Leave the dough for 20 - 30 minutes in a warm place, so that it fits. Such a portion of dough is enough for two thin pizzas, the diameter of the cake will be about 30 - 35 cm.
    The dough should rise well.
  4. In the meantime, you can make the sauce. Add vegetable oil to a preheated pan, wait until it is a little hot, add the garlic passed through the press.
    In a pan with vegetable oil, fry the garlic.
  5. As soon as the garlic is slightly browned, pour in the cream, mix well, add the crushed leaves of thyme and rosemary.
    Add cream and spices to the pan.
  6. When the sauce begins to thicken, remove from heat and let cool completely.
    Boil the creamy sauce until thickened.
  7. For the filling, cut the sausage into circles.

  8. Grate Parmesan.
    Rub the parmesan on a grater.
  9. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, and chop the mozzarella with your hands.

  10. When the dough is suitable, divide it into two parts for making two thin pizzas.

  11. Swing the first part of the dough into a circle 5-6 mm thick, cut off the excess and place the sides.
    We roll out the dough, form the sides, put it into shape.
  12. Spread the sauce evenly on the workpiece, spread the mushrooms and a ring of sausage. Tear the mozzarella with your hands and randomly place the fillings on top, sprinkle with a small amount of parmesan. Send pizza to a preheated oven at maximum temperature for 10 minutes.
    Lubricate the base for pizza with white sauce, spread the filling.
  13. 2 to 3 minutes before ready to take out the pizza and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Then put it back in the oven. During this time, pizza will reach readiness, and the parmesan will melt. At the end of baking, remove the pizza from the oven, if desired, decorate with arugula or other herbs.
    Pizza with sausage at the end of the baking should also be sprinkled with parmesan.
Did you know?If you do not like cream sauce, you can replace it with tomato. In this case, it is better to take fresh or canned tomatoes in their own juice instead of ketchup or tomato paste.
