Dough
- 20 g of yeast mixed with 1 tbsp. l sugar and a little sift 100 g of flour. Add 375 ml of water, add 1 tsp of salt, mix thoroughly. Add the remaining flour periodically and mix until smooth.
- Add to the mass of 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and knead soft dough. When the mass becomes thick and uniform, put it in a bag or wrap it with cling film, and let it rest.
Filling
- First of all, grind 200 g of sausage into strips. Fry 300 g of champignons. Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and heat it. Then pour mushrooms on it and fry until almost ready. Salt and pepper to taste. The main thing - do not overdo it with salt, as the recipe has a lot of ingredients that will add enough salt to pizza.
- We take 200 g of cucumbers and cut into strips in the same way as sausage.
Pizza
After 30 minutes, you can get the dough and proceed to the most interesting.
- We divide the dough into two equal parts, the second can be put in the refrigerator and use it later. Lubricate the table so that our dough does not stick. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer.
- You cannot roll out the yeast dough into a full-fledged layer, it will roll all the time, so we transfer the dough to a baking sheet and distribute the pizza with your hands. In order not to make sides, do not smear ketchup at the edges of the dough, just visually leave an indent. If the dough rolls to the center, leave it for a while and try again. Grease the dough 3 tbsp. l ketchup. If you don’t have a home-made ketchup, do not worry, you can also use a purchased one. Evenly distribute ketchup throughout the test.
- Spread the sausage. Evenly distribute slices of sausage over the entire area. Next in line are the cucumbers, just as evenly spread them throughout the test.
- We spread champignons using the same technology.
- Rub the last with 150 g of cheese and distribute it so that it covers the entire filling.
- In a preheated oven to 200 degrees, place the pizza for 20-30 minutes.
After the time has passed, we take out our fragrant and beautiful pizza, wait until it cools down, cut into portions with special culinary scissors and serve it to the table.
