Pickled pickles for the winter in a quick marinade 🥒

  • tablespoon;
  • tea spoon;
  • knife;
  • grater;
  • 1 liter can;
  • electric kettle;
  • a cup.

Ingredients

sunflower oil 20 ml
table vinegar 30 ml
garlic 3 tooth.
thyme 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l
salt 1 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. On a fine grater, rub 3 cloves of garlic and transfer it to a 1 liter jar.
    Put the chopped garlic in the bank.
  2. There we send 1 tsp. thyme, 30 ml of table vinegar and 20 ml of sunflower oil.
    Add spices, vinegar and vegetable oil.
  3. We take cucumbers, cut off their ends and send the vegetable to the jar.
    Cut the ends of the cucumbers and put them in a jar.
  4. Between cucumbers we put 10 g of fresh dill.
    Put dill in the jar between the cucumbers.
  5. In a cup, mix 1 tbsp. l salt and 1 tbsp. l Sahara. Pour the mixture with 200 ml of boiling water and mix the ingredients until dissolved.
    We mix salt, sugar and pour them with boiling water.
  6. Pour the resulting water into a jar of cucumbers.
    The resulting brine pour cucumbers in the bank.
  7. The missing amount of liquid is filled with boiling water.
    Bring the liquid in the jar to the full volume due to boiling water.
  8. We cover the jar with a lid and let the cucumbers stand for 2 days. The dish is ready!
    Such pickles from cucumbers can be prepared for the winter.
Important! The size of the cucumbers should not exceed 7 cm. If the vegetables are larger, cut them into slices. This is the simplest recipe for cucumber pickles, to which some greens and seasonings are added. You can also use bell pepper, zucchini or carrots in the recipe. Such a vegetable platter will have an even more intense and interesting taste.

Pikuli are vegetables pickled in spicy vinegar brine. They are used in the preparation of homemade sandwiches, various salads, and such pickles can also be served with strong alcoholic drinks or as a side dish for meat dishes. We suggest you cook delicious pickles in a quick marinade.

  • For pickles, it is better to use natural apple, wine, table or grape vinegar 3-6%.
  • Pasteurizing jars with pickles is not necessary, since the concentration of vinegar and sugar in the marinade is quite high.
  • It is necessary to store pickles in a cool and dark place for no more than 6 months.
