  • Semolina - 100 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Yogurt - 160 ml
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Hard cheese - 30 g

Step cooking

  1. To make a pie from zucchini, take 160 ml of yogurt and add 100 g of semolina to it. Stir until smooth, let stand for 10-15 minutes. mix semolina with yogurt.
  2. In the meantime, rinse 2 young medium-sized zucchini and cut the stem. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater. Three zucchini on a grater.
  3. Add ½ tsp to zucchini. salt, mix well and wait until they let the juice. Mix the zucchini with salt and leave them to let the juice go.
  4. Squeeze zucchini with your hands or transfer to a sieve. We squeeze the squash mass from the juice.
  5. Add 2 eggs to kefir and semolina and beat until smooth. In the yogurt with semolina, beat the eggs, mix.
  6. In the resulting mass, add grated and squeezed zucchini and mix again. Add squash to yogurt, semolina and eggs.
  7. Take a baking dish 20-22 cm, preferably detachable, and grease it with 10 g of butter. Grease a baking dish with oil.
  8. Put the dough for the pie in the mold. Smooth evenly. put the squash dough in the form.
  9. On a fine grater, grate 30 g of hard cheese and sprinkle the pie on top of it. Put the cake in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the oven and let cool slightly. Put the pie on a plate, cut into portions. Enjoy your meal. Such a pie from zucchini is light, but very tasty.
