Ingredients

Sour cream 15-20% 300 ml

Mushrooms 500 g

Butter 2 tbsp. l
Egg 2 pcs.
Hard cheese 250 g
Breadcrumbs 40-50 g
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste

Step cooking

  1. Pour 2-3 cups of sifted wheat flour into a deep bowl, rub 120 g of margarine or butter on a coarse grater (it can also be cut with a knife or chopped in a blender).
    Rub the margarine into the flour.
  2. Grind the ingredients into crumbs, and then add 3 tbsp. l water, 150 ml of low-fat sour cream, salt to taste and soda, slaked with vinegar.
    Add sour cream, water, soda quenched with vinegar.
  3. Knead the dough. It should turn out soft and elastic. We put the dough in a plastic bag or wrap in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. We send it to a preheated pan and fry it in vegetable or butter.
