  • Kefir or mayonnaise is used as the basis for the test, sometimes it is cooked in sour milk. The first is preferred for a neutral taste of the base, has a lower fat content. The second forms a more saturated taste of the “shell” for the filling, but the result is more caloric. Pie with kefir dough is very tender.

  • cabbage - 200 g;
  • butter - 50 g;

  2. Beat kefir with eggs, soda, salt and flour to make dough.

Cooking

  1. Start with the filling: rinse and chop the cabbage. Peel and chop the onions.
  2. Fry the onions in a pan, add the cabbage to it. Stew vegetables over low heat. If the leaves are hard, keep them under the lid for up to 40 minutes. When they sit down, salt, add dill.
  3. Boil the eggs for the filling, peel and chop.
  4. Mix the components of the filling, proceed to the test. Immediately you can turn on the oven at 200 °.
  5. Mix eggs and sour cream with mayonnaise. It is convenient to use a mixer for this. Enter flour with baking powder, salt.
