A delicious pie with meat on kefir - even a novice will cope

Elementary simple and quick, but very tasty kefir meat pie. You can cook it yourself using the recipe presented in this article. You will learn how to make light jellied dough and juicy stuffing, than to diversify the taste of such pastries. As a result, you will get an excellent dish that will satisfy your hunger.

Kitchen appliances and utensils:

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 stack
Kefir 2 stack
Eggs 2 pcs.
Soda 0.5 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp (without top)
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l + frying oil
Chicken meat (or any other) 800 - 1000 g
Onion 1 PC.
Chives a few feathers
Parsley small bunch

Step cooking

  1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl. Shake them with a whisk. Add kefir there.
    With a whisk, beat the eggs and add kefir to them.
  2. Sift 2 cups flour into a separate bowl. Add there 0.5 teaspoon of soda, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well with a spatula.
    Combine flour with salt, sugar and soda.
  3. Adding the flour into the egg-kefir mixture in parts, knead the dough.
    Gradually introduce flour to the liquid components and knead the dough.
  4. We achieve uniformity of the test so that there are no lumps. You can use a mixer to knead the dough.
    The dough should turn out pretty thick.
  5. We cover the finished dough with cling film.

Cooking toppings

  1. To prepare the minced meat, the meat (800-1000 g) is well washed, dried. Cut into very small pieces or pass through a meat grinder.

  2. One onion is peeled, washed and cut into cubes.
    Grind onion on the board.
  3. Pre-washed several feathers of green onions and a small bunch of parsley chop with a knife.

    Fry the onion lightly in a pan.
  5. Without reducing the heat, spread the minced meat and, stirring constantly, fry it until the color changes. If the minced meat gives juice, then continue to fry until the moisture evaporates.

  6. Now add a little salt, pepper and spread the green onion with parsley. The filling is ready.
    At the end of the preparation of the filling, salt it, pepper, add the greens.

Pie assembly

  1. We turn on the oven and heat it to 180 degrees C. We prepare the baking dish, covering it with bottom and sides with baking paper.
    Cover the baking dish with parchment.
  2. Remove the film from the dough, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix.
    Add vegetable oil to the dough.
  3. Pour about 2/3 of the dough into the bottom of the mold and level it with a spoon.
    Most of the dough is poured into a mold.
  4. Gently spread the filling on top, evenly distributing it on the surface. Leave at the edges of about 1 cm.
    With an even layer we spread the filling on the dough, retreating 2-3 cm from the edges.
  5. With the remaining dough, close the filling, starting from the edges. Very carefully level the top of the pie with a spatula.
    Fill the filling with the remaining dough.
  6. The cake thus formed is sent to the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until it is browned. Readiness check wooden skewer.
    Such a cake is baked for a maximum of 40 minutes.
  7. Immediately after we removed the cake from the oven, grease its surface with butter.
    We take out the cake from the oven and grease with a piece of butter.
  8. Using the edges of the baking paper, take it out on the board and let it cool before cutting. Serve this cake better in the form of heat.
    Try it and you make such a wonderful pie with meat on kefir.
Did you know?To make the baking paper more evenly laid down, you can grease the form with oil or moisten it a little. For convenience, the corners of the paper can be cut.

The cooking options for this cake can be varied with the filling. For example, replace half the meat with cabbage. Wash the cabbage, finely chop. Fry meat with onions (do not evaporate the released liquid). Add cabbage and fry for about 10 minutes. Then salt and pepper the minced meat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for about another 20 minutes.
