Ingredients

Flour 300 g
Butter 230 g
Sugar 250 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Egg white 1 PC.
Berries 800 g
An Apple 1 PC.
Starch 3 tbsp. l

Step cooking

Berries for the cake can be varied. You can use only one view, or take assorted ones. Today we will cook from a berry assortment, which includes raspberries, red and black currants, blueberries. All berries need to be thoroughly washed, remove all garbage from them, leave to drain in a colander.

Cooking dough

  1. Sift 300 g of first grade flour into a deep bowl. We cut into small pieces 200 g of butter and send to flour. The oil should be cold - you do not need to get it out of the refrigerator before it melts.
    Sift the flour into a bowl and lay out pieces of cold butter.
  2. Hand grind flour and butter into crumbs, add 100 g of sugar to it, mix well again.
