How to learn how to cook delicious pies in the oven with cabbage and eggs

  • deep pan or cauldron;
  • small saucepan;

  • 2 deep bowls;
  • tea spoon;
  • tablespoon;
  • cling film;
  • a baking sheet;
  • parchment;
  • a small plate;
  • brush (for lubrication).

Wheat flour 3-4 stacks.

Step cooking

  1. To get started, prepare the filling (it can be prepared the day before sculpting the pies and put in the refrigerator. Hard-boiled 6 chicken eggs. Pour the vegetable oil into a deep frying pan or stewpan and heat it.
    We put the eggs to boil, heat the vegetable oil in a cauldron or pan.
  2. While the oil is warming, peel, and then chop onions and send it to fry until golden brown.
    In the cauldron, spread the chopped onions to fry.
  3. When the onion is a little browned, add chopped cabbage to it, mix, salt, pour in 1 stack. water and put simmering under the lid over low heat until cooked.
    Add cabbage to the onion, salt, add water and leave to stew.
  4. While the cabbage is being stewed, you can knead the dough. Pour 2 tsp into a deep bowl. dry yeast, 1 tbsp. l granulated sugar and 4 tbsp. l wheat flour, which must be sieved in advance, mix the dry ingredients.
    To make the dough, combine the yeast, sugar and a little flour.
  5. Next, pour 1 stack into a yeast mixture in 3-4 stages with a thin stream. warm milk (not hot), mix thoroughly.

  6. Cover the sponge with cling film and clean for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
    Tighten the bowl with a dough with cling film and let it stand in the heat for 15 minutes.
  7. After 15 minutes, add ½ tsp. salt and a small portion of 2/3 stack. vegetable oil, mix well. Then you can gradually add the sifted flour and knead the elastic dough on the table, adding sunflower oil.

  8. The dough should not stick to your hands, but should not be too tight.
    Knead the dough.
  9. It must be removed in a bowl, covered with cling film and left to rise in a warm place.
    We cover the bowl with the dough and put it in a warm place.
  10. Now go back to the filling. Peel the eggs, chop, add to the stewed cabbage and mix.
    Dice the boiled eggs.
  11. Form a “rested” dough into a large sausage and divide into the desired number of equal parts. Cut each of these parts into identical pieces.

  12. Dip them in flour and roll out small circles (they should not be too thin, otherwise the dough will break during baking).

  14. In the same way, mold the pies from the rest of the dough. Put the pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and lightly sprinkled with flour.
