  • cocoa powder - 60 g
  • salt - 6 g

  • milk - 145 ml
  • condensed milk (boiled) - 380 g
  • dark chocolate - 150 g
  • cocoa butter - 20 g

Step cooking

  1. To prepare a potato cake, it is necessary to use not purchased cookies, but a self-cooked biscuit. The ingredients for the biscuit should not be cold, they must be taken out of the refrigerator a few hours before cooking. All the ingredients for making the cake should be at room temperature.
  2. Sift 125 g of wheat flour, 30 g of cocoa powder, 6 g of salt and 8 g of baking powder into a bowl. Also add 150 g of granulated sugar to the dry ingredients and mix everything with a whisk. First, we intervene the dry ingredients for making the biscuit.
  3. Next, add 30 g butter, 1 egg and 30 g vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Add butter and vegetable oil, egg to dry ingredients.

  8. Now mix the sponge cake with condensed milk cream and mix the mass well. Mix the cream with biscuit crumbs.
  9. Then divide the whole mixture into small balls of 70 grams. In order to conveniently share the mass, use a kitchen scale. We divide biscuit-cream mass into portions.
