  1. Wash 1 kg of chicken. Wash, peel vegetables: 2 medium onions, large carrots, a slice of zucchini (200 grams), a portion of eggplant (100 grams), a small bell pepper (100 grams). For the beauty of the dish, take red pepper. Cut the chicken into pieces of approximately 1.5 cm × 2 cm. You can cut it into strips or small slices, this is a matter of taste. For gravy, you can also use other parts of the chicken carcass: breast fillet or chicken legs. From the fillet of gravy it turns out a little drier, requires additional introduction of fat during stewing.

  12. Pour the mixture into a frying pan with a thin stream, continuously stirring the contents with a cooking spatula. Reduce the heat under the pan to a minimum, cover, simmer for 7-8 minutes. After this time, mix the gravy. Stew for another 7-8 minutes, covered. Try the gravy on readiness, if necessary - add salt, stew more.
