  2. Stir until smooth. When the dough begins to gather in a lump, continue to knead it with your hands for 5-7 minutes, without removing it from the container. It should become plastic and stop sticking to your hands.
    Knead the dough first in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and move the dough there. Extra flour should not be added, even if it seems to you that it sticks to your hands. Knead on the table for about 6 minutes.
    Then adding a little more flour, knead the dough on the working surface.

  5. Add 30 grams of butter to the dough and begin to knead again for 5 minutes.
