Step cooking

  1. To prepare the cutlets, you need to prepare the necessary ingredients. Divide 250 g of cauliflower into inflorescences.
    Cut cauliflower into inflorescences.
  2. Boil in 500 ml of water with the addition of 0.5 tsp. salt and 1 lemon wedge for 5 minutes. After this, drain the water and let the cabbage cool slightly.
    Boil cauliflower.
  3. Peel and cut the medium onion into small cubes.
    Finely chop the onion.
  4. In ¼ stack. pour oatmeal 100 ml of boiling water, cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
    Steamed oatmeal with boiling water.
  5. Cut the cooled cabbage with a sharp knife into very small pieces.
    Finely chopped boiled cauliflower as small as possible.
  6. In a large bowl, mix chopped onions and cauliflower. Add to them oatmeal, 1 tbsp. l wheat flour, 0.5 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp spices.
    Combine onion, cereal, cauliflower, flour and spices in a bowl.
  7. Stir the mixture until smooth.
    Stir the minced meat.
  8. Pour 15-20 ml of vegetable oil into the pan and heat. From the resulting mincemeat, form the same patties, roll them in breadcrumbs.
    We form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs.
  9. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. During frying, add vegetable oil to the pan as needed.
