  2. Next, pour the sorted groats into the stew-pan and fill it with 1 glass of cold water. We turn on the gas or electric stove on medium heat and put the saucepan with porridge to boil.

  3. When millet porridge boils, turn off the heat and thoroughly rinse through a sieve for 5-7 minutes to clear water. If you notice black grains in the porridge, then you need to get rid of them.
