Kitchen appliances and utensils: electric or gas surface, oven, electric kettle, kitchen scale, measuring cup, ladle, two pans for 1 and 3 liters, medium and large bowls, small bowl, cooking spatula, ceramic pot with a volume of 2-2.5 l, colander, tablespoon.

Millet groats 400 g
Milk 3.2% 2 l
Raisins ½ stack.
Granulated sugar 4 tbsp. l
Water 500-600 ml

Step cooking

  1. Pour 400 g of millet groats into a deep bowl and rinse it well with cold water several times. To prevent porridge from boiling, pour boiling water over it. Leave the croup to stand for 10-15 minutes.
